These terms apply to the website at vpsd.tech and to any advisory, architecture, or governance engagements entered into with VPSD Technology.

VPSD Technology provides digital venture governance services including but not limited to: Trust Stack Audits, Platform Architecture design, Embedded Venture Leadership advisory, and Government Digital Advisory. Service scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in a separate written engagement agreement or Statement of Work (“SOW”) executed by both parties.

Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer or guarantee of service availability, pricing, or outcomes.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of VPSD Technology and is protected under applicable copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Deliverables produced under an SOW are governed by the intellectual property provisions of that SOW. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, client deliverables become the client’s property upon full payment.

Any non-public information you share with VPSD Technology during an inquiry or engagement will be treated as confidential. We will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Similarly, any non-public information we share with you in the course of an engagement — including platform architectures, proprietary frameworks, and venture data — is confidential and may not be disclosed or reused without our written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VPSD Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our services, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or data loss.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a service engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

This website and its content are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be error-free or continuously available.
